GPG Seafood produces wet salted fish, light salted and salted fillets as well as other products, e.g. cod tongues, migas and roe.
GPG Seafood’s largest markets for salted fish are Spain, Portugal and Italy. The fish is both packed in a 25 kg boxes and 500 kg giant boxes.
The wet salted fish is mainly processed from cod but occasionally from other fish species. The main production categories in salted fish are SPIG, AB+, PORT fish and salted fillets.
